  • Open to the public, no reservation needed.
  • Please bring a mat.


InTENsity Spring Boot Camp Program                                        

Classes are held:
     Monday through Friday, 6 a.m.-6:45 a.m., Tyler Park*
     Saturdays 10-11 a.m., Tyler Park*

Camp Dates:
     Session 1 – March 5th through April 14th
     Session 2 – April 16th through May 26th  

Camp Frequency & Cost:
     Session 1 – 6 Weeks
  •   5 Days a week – $159 
  •   4 Days a week – $149 
  •   3 Days a week – $129 
  •   2 Days a week – $99 

     Session 1 & Session 2 – 12 Weeks (15% discount)
  •   5 Days a week – $269
  •   4 Days a week – $249 
  •   3 Days a week – $219 
  •   2 Days a week – $169 

  • All Boot Camp packages include an optional fitness and body composition assessment.

  • Couples discount**– Take an additional 10% off total

  • *Boot Camp will move indoors in the event of inclement weather.

**InTENsity Fitness defines a couple as two people in a committed relationship that reside at the same address.  Couples do not need to attend on the same days of the week.


STRICTLY STRENGTH                                                                 

    This 30-minute class provides a full-body strength and toning workout focusing on all major muscle groups. The small group training format allows participants to master proper form and technique.  The class is perfect for those that are training for an event and want to avoid unnecessary injuries or for those that want a strength-only workout.  Class is limited to 15 participants.

Classes are held:
  • Tuesday & Thursday, 5:30-6 a.m., Tyler Park

Camp Dates:
  • March 6th through April 12th  

Class Cost: 
  • $115 per person (limited to 15 participants)

What if I'm not very physically fit? 
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women & men of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate.  Our motto is, "We don't see that you are first or last, we see that you are here."

What can I achieve from Boot Camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned and you will gain more confidence by making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The Boot Camp program includes functional training exercises designed to increase stamina, reduce body fat and tone your body. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body. 

Why should I participate?
Because if you put minimal effort into your life, you will get back minimal results! You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
