InTENsity Fitness and Kentucky Sports Chiropractic have teamed up for a 16-Week Mini Marathon/Triple Crown Training Program.  We have designed this program for those that are serious about training properly for these fun and exciting races in Louisville.

Features include:
  • Complete fitness, injury prevention and body composition assessment.  The assessments will identify if participants are wearing the correct shoes, if they have musculoskeletal weaknesses that could lead to injuries and what type of training program is appropriate.
  • Customized training program designed specifically for you by Dr. Kyle Bowling
  • 2 day per week STRICTLY STRENGTH class (see details below) conducted by Susan Kwasny
  • One physical assessment conducted by Dr. Kyle Bowling
  • Bi-Weekly Meetings where we assess challenges as well as aches and pain.  Topics for meetings will also include injury prevention, race gear and the challenges in training. (Every other Tuesday at 8 p.m.)

STRICTLY STRENGTH – T/TH, 5:30- 6 a.m.
This 30-minute class provides a full-body strength and toning workout focusing on all major muscle groups. The small group training format allows participants to master proper form and technique.  The class is perfect for those that are training for an event and want to avoid unnecessary injuries or for those that want a strength-only workout.
