Our Boot Camp gets you results fast!
Focused on functional training exercises designed to increase stamina, reduce body fat and tone your body, Intensity Fitness Boot Camp includes a unique combination of high-intensity exercises like running, stair climbing, strength and core work that will leave you feeling stronger and more fit than ever!
By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.
Boot Camps are held in Tyler Park Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6 – 6:45 AM.
