OPEN CYCLE
During Open Cycle, members are welcome to use the cycle room at their convenience.  A suggested workout will posted on the board. 
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Thursdays 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Saturdays 8:00-11:00 a.m.
Sundays 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
